The selection processes that we carry out for industrial companies are both National and International, as well as more technical profiles for the development, quality and/or production area. It is essential to define the commercial profile to find the right person in each position. We strive to know the client’s idiosyncrasy, its protocols and its work system, as well as the methodology it uses with its clients.
For each position to be filled, we define different psychotechnical tests that the candidate must perform. This, together with the personal interview, allows us to assess the most suitable candidates to carry out the functions defined by the client.
